Refunds & Cancellations

At Synq Entertainment Private Limited (“Synq”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to deliver exceptional service and user satisfaction. This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Users may request refunds or cancellations for paid services, including but not limited to song requests, shoutouts, name-on-screen displays, and other experiences facilitated through our platform.

 

1. Cancellations

  • Users may cancel a paid experience (such as a song request or shoutout) before the scheduled event or activation time, provided the feature has not yet been executed.

  • Cancellations are not permitted once the service has been fulfilled, initiated, or processed by the Host or Artist.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via the app or by email to hello@synq.vip with the relevant transaction ID.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The paid experience (e.g., song request, shoutout) was not delivered due to a verified technical error or event cancellation.

  • The User was charged multiple times for the same service.

  • A payment was deducted but the service was not reflected or acknowledged within the app.

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The User changes their mind after making a payment.

  • Dissatisfaction with subjective aspects of the experience (e.g., song sequence, time of shoutout).

  • Failure to follow participation guidelines as outlined in the Terms of Service.

 

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, users must:

  • Email hello@synq.vip within 24 hours of the event or transaction.

  • Include full name, registered mobile/email ID, order ID, event name, and the reason for the refund request.

Upon verification, eligible refunds will be:

  • Processed back to the original method of payment.

  • Initiated within 7–10 business days of approval.

 

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where part of the service is rendered (e.g., shoutout delivered but song request missed), Synq reserves the right to issue a partial refund based on internal evaluation.

 

5. Host & Club Event Cancellations

If an event or session is cancelled by the Host or Venue, all affected users will be:

  • Notified promptly

  • Offered either a full refund or the option to carry forward their paid experience to a rescheduled date. 

 

6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may write to us at hello@synq.vip for escalation. We aim to resolve such disputes within 7 business days, subject to cooperation and documentation from both parties.
